1. Acceptance
By accessing or using PairXCare, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services
PairXCare provides diabetic foot management software for clinical decision support, including structured SINBAD-aligned assessment workflows, reporting support, and extension-connected access for authorized users.

3. No Autonomous Diagnosis or Recommendation
PairXCare acts as an assistant to clinicians. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment independently, and does not replace licensed clinical judgment or emergency-care pathways.

4. Account Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use only authorized access methods. Customers are responsible for managing internal role and permission assignments.

5. Tenant Access
Customer environments are identified by subdomain. Users may only access tenants they are authorized for. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

6. Extension Pairing
Browser extension use requires one-time pairing code generated from an authenticated SaaS session. Pairing codes are time-limited and single-use.

7. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with applicable laws and may not use PairXCare for unlawful activity, security abuse, or attempts to disrupt service integrity.

8. Availability
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Data, Documentation, and Coding Compliance
Customers remain responsible for clinical record handling, coding compliance, and adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements. Any code suggestions or workflow prompts are clinician-reviewed support only.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairXCare is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
