- Session data: temporary authentication tokens and active session metadata.
- Workflow data: information entered by users in documentation workflows.
- Technical data: browser/device details, logs, and basic diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information
- To create and manage customer workspaces and accounts.
- To authenticate users and secure tenant-based access.
- To deliver core product features across SaaS and extension.
- To assist clinician-led diabetic foot documentation workflows, including SINBAD-scored context and reporting support.
- To provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations and security requirements.

4. Extension Pairing
PairXCare extension connection uses one-time codes generated from an authenticated SaaS session. Codes expire automatically and can be used once.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, analytics, and support operations under contractual confidentiality and security controls.

6. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; users are responsible for maintaining account credential security.

7. Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for service operation, compliance, and legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary by customer agreement and regulatory requirements.

8. User Rights
